Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights. It covers our website, our client area and the services we provide.

1. Who we are

Constellation Commerce is a trading name of Ecoformix Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI712157), registered office 48 Bachelors Walk, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT28 1XN. Ecoformix Ltd is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

3. Amazon account data

When you give us access to your Amazon account, we can see information such as sales, listings, account health, inventory and advertising data. Occasionally the work needs limited customer order details, for example to resolve an A-to-z claim or a negative feedback request. We use this information only for the work you have asked us to do, and handle it in line with Amazon’s data protection rules.

We never ask for your Seller Central password. You add us as a user with only the permissions the work needs, and you can remove our access at any time.

4. Our client area

Our client area at clients.constellationcommerce.io is protected by a sign-in that sends a one-time code to your email address. Our sign-in provider records when you sign in, your IP address and device details. We also record which pages you view, and our team may receive an email when a page is opened, so we know when to follow up. Figures in the client area relate to your business accounts, not to your customers.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who handle personal information on our behalf and only on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security and the client area sign-in
  • Resend: sending emails from our website forms and notifications (EU servers, Ireland)
  • Google Workspace: our email
  • Revolut: card payments
  • Google Fonts: the fonts on our website, which means your browser contacts Google when pages load
  • Other companies in our group, and subcontractors, who help deliver the work

We also share information with Amazon and other marketplaces where the work requires it, for example when submitting an appeal, with partners such as fulfilment companies where you or the account holder have agreed, with our professional advisers such as accountants, and with authorities where the law requires.

6. Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers are based in, or use servers in, the European Economic Area or the United States. Where personal information leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
  • Client records, invoices and correspondence: for the engagement plus 6 years, for legal and tax reasons.
  • Client area sign-in and page view records: up to 12 months.
  • Amazon account data: only while we work on the account. We delete or anonymise it within 90 days of the work ending, unless we need to keep a record for legal reasons.

8. Cookies

We only use cookies that are strictly necessary. In the client area, a sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours, and small cookies stop us sending repeat notifications for the same page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

9. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For any question about this policy, email [email protected] or write to us at 48 Bachelors Walk, Lisburn, County Antrim, BT28 1XN.
